We are currently seeking $19.8m as Equity for investment into a roll up strategy to acquire a number of NZ based mature Manuka Honey Farms, producing Medicinal grade Manuka Honey for export into the Chinese market.

Medical Super Centres

We are currently raising $20m for co-investment,
as Equity or Pref Equity, with a Melbourne based organisation for the acquisition, development and subsequent management of initially 3 Medical Super Centres in Melbourne growth corridors.

Landmark Robina (QLD) Residential Tower

We are seeking $7m for co-investment as Equity or Pref Equity with a QLD developer in relation to the development of 88 x 2-bedroom apartments at Robina on the Gold Coast. This is being built for the local owner-occupied market and sits within 500m walking distance of the new Robina Train station.

Management Rights Roll-Up

We are seeking $6m for investment in part as Equity and then as either short term debt or Pref Equity, into a Brisbane based organisation looking to roll up a number of building management rights. Part of the funds will be used in a seed round as an equity injection into the management operations of the company, while the balance will be sued for acquisition of the management rights themselves.

Tasmania Golf Course and Residential Resort

We are looking to sell for $17.5m an absolutely beautiful piece of the Tasmanian coast line which has received DA for an 18-hole links style golf course, resort hotel and 300+ individual home sites. Only minutes from the local airfield and with its own water supply on the site, this is an amazing opportunity.

Kirribilli Buy Hold Opportunity

We are seeking up to $29.5m for a Sydney based investment manager to acquire and hold a Harbour facing apartment building in the leafy suburb or Kirribilli, Sydney. The investment will be made by way of Preference Shares for a 3-year term. Series A shares pay an 11% annual coupon, 6 monthly with a 20% equity premium on redemption at the end of the term, while Series B Shares pay a flat 15% coupon 6 monthly, with no equity premium on redemption.
